I am enjoying a well deserved retirement.
My wife is a dentist in the Lyon region.
For a few more years, we live in Lyon for a small part of the week and in Saint Mandrier sur mer the rest of the time, which we devote to our children, our friends, to sea trips and to the discovery of this beautiful region of the Var.
Situation
The residence Les Terrasses de la mer is a small newly built building complex. It dominates the Port de Pin Rolland and the baie du Lazaret.

The Residence is located at the entrance to the isthmus of Sablettes linking the peninsula of Saint Mandrier sur Mer to the Cap Sicie, its hiking and mountain biking trails.
The beaches, including the beautiful Sablettes beach, are located about 1km from the apartment and are perfectly accessible on foot.
From the residence, a developed cycle pathalong the bay to Ponton and the hamlet of Sablettes, its many shops and restaurants.

The Ponton will allow you to reach, by boat, the Port of Toulon and Porquerolles Island for an unforgettable day.
